People Operations Specialist

CoinClan is a licensed & regulated cryptocurrency exchange company.

We are currently operating in Australia the EU the UK and Canada. We trade on major crypto P2P platforms such as Binance P2P and we are the largest crypto P2P merchant/liquidity provider in all of the countries and on all of the P2P platforms where we advertise and trade.

We have longerterm plans to build our own platform. We are also now looking to expand our business to several other countries such as Thailand Hong Kong Taiwan Indonesia Brazil Mexico the US Turkey & more. Our vision is to make crypto access seamless for anyone anywhere in the world.

Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a selfstarter highly motivated People Operations Specialist with a pleasant personality who thrives in a dynamic fastpaced environment. The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently take initiative and contribute positively to our team culture. As a key player in our People Operations team you will play a crucial role in fostering employee engagement streamlining recruitment processes managing payroll and drafting policies that support our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement initiatives that promote a positive work environment and high levels of employee engagement
• Handle daytoday HR tasks from onboarding new hires to addressing employee queries and managing HR records up till off boarding
• Contribute to the creation and revision of company policies ensuring they align with business goals and comply with regulatory standards
• Manage payroll ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and compliance with financial and legal standards
• Utilize people metrics to generate insights and reports aiding in strategic decision making and operational improvements
• Design and execute targeted recruitment efforts for hires leveraging various channels to attract top talent.
• Support the recruitment process by coordinating with hiring managers scheduling interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process

• 2 years of experience working within Human Resources
• Ability to speak read and write Mandarin is highly prioritised
• Experience working with international teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with the crypto industry is preferred highlighting a capability to navigate its unique dynamics
• Demonstrated ability to work independently prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects in a demanding environment
