Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and talented Multimedia Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to create visually stunning content that resonates with our audience.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce engaging visual content for our social media channels, including but not limited to graphics, illustrations, animations, videos, and interactive media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and content strategies that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Create social media assets for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and others, ensuring content is optimized for each platform's specifications and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media design, incorporating new ideas and technologies into our content strategy.
- Work closely with copywriters, social media managers, and other stakeholders to ensure visual content effectively communicates key messages and supports campaign objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Analyze performance metrics and user engagement data to iterate on content strategies and optimize visual assets for maximum impact.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels, adhering to brand guidelines and standards in all design work.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and influencers to create co-branded content and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work specifically for social media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, able to translate ideas into visually compelling content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with photography, videography, and motion graphics is a plus.
