Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Handle internal queries related to legal matters providing timely and accurate responses to employees legal questions.
- Communicate with clients as per business requirements ensuring legal compliance and addressing any legal concerns or inquiries.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Data Protection and Privacy Laws (DPDP) and Telecommunications Laws applying this knowledge to company operations and client interactions.
- Serve as a liaison between lawyers management and other stakeholders facilitating communication and ensuring the timely preparation and submission of legal documents.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents contracts and agreements under the supervision of legal counsel.
- Conduct legal research on relevant topics providing insights and recommendations to support decisionmaking processes.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure legal compliance and mitigate legal risks in various business activities.
- Support adhoc legal projects and initiatives as assigned by the legal team or management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Law Legal Studies or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
- Sound knowledge of Data Protection and Privacy Laws (DPDP) and Telecommunications Laws with a keen interest in staying updated on relevant legal developments.
- Proficiency in legal research methodologies and tools with the ability to analyze and interpret legal documents and statutes.
- Detailoriented approach with a focus on accuracy and precision in legal document preparation and review.
- Excellent organizational skills capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn with a strong sense of initiative and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
