Job Title: PCF Executive

Location: Bhubaneshwar Odisha

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Lead Generation Executive to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for our products or services with the goal of generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Identification: Utilize various channels such as online research social media cold calling and email campaigns to identify potential leads within our target market.

  2. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet our ideal customer profile and gather key information such as contact details business needs and buying timeline.

  3. Lead Engagement: Initiate contact with qualified leads through personalized outreach efforts including phone calls emails and LinkedIn messages to introduce our products or services and nurture relationships.

  4. Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline using CRM software ensuring accurate and uptodate information at each stage of the sales process.

  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals and strategies and provide feedback on lead quality and effectiveness of campaigns.

  6. Reporting: Generate regular reports on lead generation activities including metrics such as lead conversion rates pipeline growth and campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future efforts.

  7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and refine lead generation strategies.






Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in lead generation or sales development preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets and objectives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive attitude with a passion for driving results and achieving success.
