Responsibilities:

• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment.
• Conducting interviews assessments and reference checks.
• Analyze recruitment data and metrics to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring processes..
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality integrity and ethical standards throughout the recruitment process.

Requirement:

• Significant experience in recruitment with a preference for candidates who have worked in the retail and food & beverage (F&B) industries.
• at least 2 years of experience in recruitment is desired.
• Strong understanding of the retail and F&B industries including knowledge of industryspecific trends challenges and recruitment practices.
• Proven track record in sourcing and attracting top talent within the retail and F&B sectors.
• Experience in utilizing various recruitment channels and techniques including job portals social media networking campus recruitment and industry events.
