Overview

Position: Senior Engineer Service Delivery II
Location: Bangalore
Duration: 12 Months
Job Type: Contract
Work Type: Remote
Daily Responsibilities
- Patching the Windows and Unix VM using patching tools
- Monitor alerting systems for system failures addressing issues as they arise
- Respond to support and service request tickets
- Troubleshoot operating system issues and usability issues throughout the environment
- Install software configure servers implement security patches and provide overall support of cloud computing environments.
- Respond to and remediate systems incidents.
- Root cause and failure analysis to resolve systems problem
- Experience in OS installation and doing upgrades Software and Patch management
- Should have strong OS administration skills on Linux SQLWindowsR2 and Windows 2016.
- Familiarity with the fundamentals of Windows scripting languages
- Familiarity with load balancing firewalls etc.
- Maintain DNS NIS NFS and clustering
QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE SKILLS
- 24 years relevant experience managing systems and troubleshooting windows Servers
- Knowledge of Virtualization (VMware)
- Perform ongoing performance tuning upgrades and resource optimization as directed.
- Solid troubleshooting methods ability to interface with client organization and follow through on projects
- Troubleshoot and diagnose advanced windows server issues including reliability issues performance concerns and software bugs.
Desired Skills
- VMware VCP certified
- MCSE or MCP certification in Windows Server Windows Networking IIS SQL and/or SharePoint (Optional)
- Redhat certification
- MS SQL certification
- ITIL Foundation certification or coursework
- Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Selfstarter works well with little oversight and prioritizes own work appropriately
- Flexible to work in 24/7 Environment
Experience Range:
- Total Exp 24 years
- Rel Exp 2 years
Mandatory Skills 3 Must have:
- Windows servers VMware and Cloud
