**Job Description:**
**Overview:**
We're looking for a visionary Vice President to lead the growth of our TherapyPMS
product while managing the revenue cycle management (RCM) operations within the
US healthcare management framework. Reporting directly to the CEO the VP will shape
the company's strategic direction ensuring seamless integration between product and
operations. Your primary mission will be to foster the expansion of TherapyPMS as a
leading solution in the therapy field and optimize RCM operations to drive sustainable
business growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Strategic Leadership:**
Develop and implement strategies to drive TherapyPMS product growth enhancing
market penetration and customer satisfaction within the US healthcare system.
Oversee and refine revenue cycle management operations to improve the
company's and clients' financial outcomes.
Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to establish strategic priorities and
align the divisions goals with company objectives.
2. **Revenue Cycle Management Operations:**
Lead and optimize the RCM operations including billing collections claims
management and denials management.
Monitor KPIs and benchmarks to ensure high efficiency and consistent revenue
recovery.
Identify and implement best practices to reduce claims denials and increase the
speed of collections.
3. **Product Development & Growth:**
Direct the evolution of TherapyPMS identifying new features integrations and
improvements that meet US healthcare market demand.
Work closely with product management and development teams to prioritize
product enhancements based on customer feedback and competitive analysis.
Define pricing positioning and gotomarket strategies for the TherapyPMS
product.
4. **Team Leadership:**
Build and lead highperforming teams within both the RCM operations and product
management divisions.
Create a collaborative environment that encourages creativity innovation and a
customercentric approach.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
5. **Market Expansion:**
Identify new market segments and partnerships that align with the growth
objectives of TherapyPMS.
Expand the company's footprint in the therapy field by identifying and targeting
potential clients through effective marketing and sales strategies.
Build strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and thought leaders.
6. **Financial Management & Reporting:**
Develop and manage the annual budget for RCM operations and TherapyPMS
product development.
Report regularly to the CEO on key performance metrics progress toward strategic
goals and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all operational and product
related matters.
7. **Continuous Improvement & Innovation:**
Stay current on US healthcare and revenue cycle management trends to identify
innovative opportunities.
Lead initiatives to streamline processes improve productivity and reduce
operational costs.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Administration or a related field (MBA
preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare management including revenue
cycle management and product leadership.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans for software products.
Exceptional communication leadership and project management skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a datadriven approach to
decisionmaking.
Ability to work effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
