Position: System Analyst
Location: St louis MO Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to understand application functionality and user needs to provide knowledgeable technical support throughout the development and deployment phases.
- Act as a bridge between technical and nontechnical teams translating complex technical concepts into understandable language for users.
- Serve as the primary technical support resource for project teams during application deployments assisting endusers with troubleshooting issue resolution and providing guidance on application usage.
- Track and manage issues reported by endusers during releases documenting details and working closely with developers to prioritize and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks for applications including user setups and application administration.
- Provide training and support to endusers on application usage best practices and troubleshooting techniques to promote user adoption and satisfaction.
- Upon successful deployment of an application undertake the crucial responsibility of facilitating knowledge transfer to the help desk team for ongoing support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Systems Analyst or in a similar technical support role preferably in software development.
- Strong technical background with expertise in application development deployment and support.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines with a customercentric approach.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
