Producing clear and concise creativebriefs that align with client objectives and effectivelycommunicate desired outcomes, creating high-quality deliverablesthat meet or exceed clientexpectations. Developing Site Architectures fornew website projects that meet the client's needs and enhance userexperience, resulting in websites that are easy to navigate,visually appealing, and meet the client'sobjectives. Coordinating website design anddigital marketing campaign projects with theteam Building trust with the client bymaintaining regular communication with them, as well as offeringrecommendations on creative and strategic direction to developlong-term relationships. Supporting the team by Interpreting client objectives & feedback, and planning thework in Asana. Proactively identifying whenprojects are at risk of budget overruns or missed due dates anddeveloping strategies to mitigate risks, and implementingcorrective actions when needed. Improving teamperformance by providing guidance and coordinating work with teammembers and having regular feedback sessions to help upskillthem. WHO YOUAREYou have previousexperience working in a website design/digital marketing agency andhave a good understanding of the industry and its bestpractices You have a strategic mindset and theability to think critically to identify opportunities for growthand improvement You have experience with Asanaand have created/optimized processes within thetool You have a keen eye for detail and takepride in ensuring that your work is accurate and of the highestquality You are comfortable working in afast-paced, deadline-driven environment Youhave extremely good analytical skills that will help you parse data& information and make sense of it when creatingreports
