Custom-made consulting services that are close to the client and their challenges - This was the vision of three consultants who wanted to provide their clients with fast, efficient and high-quality solutions for accounting, controlling and IT.

With the goal of not only providing better consulting but also being actively involved, we founded Finatycs GmbH in 2018. Since then, we and our team have been working in close cooperation with our clients as a trustworthy partner, successfully supporting them in sustainable process, organizational and workflow optimization measures. We design information structures in such a way that internal and external requirements can be met efficiently and in line with quality standards.

Tasks

• Support of the project management in the planning, control and monitoring of customer projects
• Support the development of internal training courses
• Support our Project Manager with the internal and external communication
• Participation in the coordination of project activities and stakeholder management
• ysis and essment of project and business processes
• Continuous improvement of project management processes and ods according to the latest technologies

Requirements

• Affinity to coordinate, organize and structure projects
• Excellent communication ss and team orientation
• Hands on mentality paired with an independent, ytical and critical thinking work style
• Joy in creating and preparing presentations and doents with MS Office tools
• Interest in Finance, Finance transformation and digitalization
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
