Trainee in Publisher Management Junior Publisher Manager Digital Advertising mfx

THE ROLE

Being a part of Publisher Management at YOC means that you are part of an experienced team that is responsible for supporting national and international premium publisher partners. Internally, the team acts as an interface between Sales, Ad Operations and IT.

As a Trainee in Publisher Management (m/f/x):

• You will learn the fundamentals of working in contemporary digital advertisting from a double perspective of an digital advertisting agency and advertising technology business while performing various tasks related to publisher and technical account management.

As a Junior Publisher Manager (m/f/x):

• You will be the contact person for our publisher partners
• You will perform evaluations and yses and create recommendations based on them
• You will learn to use VIS.X platform along with multiple other ad technologies
• You will create monthly invoices, trouble ad placements, yze and report on inventory status and perform other account managing tasks
• You will learn how advertising technology is done from a supply side perspective and participate in its development
• You will work in a close relation to other YOC Poland teams Sales and Ad Ops as well as global Product team and Technical Services team.

YOUR PROFILE

You would be a great fit for us if you are interested in digital advertising, have an affinity for numbers and like to think ytically. If you recognize yourself in the following points,

• You have completed your studies in media management, business administration, communication sciences or similar (Trainee or Junior) or you are still a student (Trainee)
• You have maximum 1 year of professional experience within the digital media/ad tech industry (Junior) or no experience at all (Trainee)
• You are a team player and not afraid of responsibility
• You have a very good ytical mindset and a quick grasp of things.
• You are a detail-oriented person please include keyword bananas in your CV
• You are systematic and work independently
• You are a strong communicator and have an affinity for technology
• You are confident in using MS Office programs, especially Excel
• You have a fluent command of Polish and English, both written and spoken
• (Optional) Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript will be a big advantage.
