key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with presales teams and manufacturers to align customer demands with product offerings, stay updated with technology trends and regulatory codes, and actively contribute to site security measures and compliance.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to support the sales process, set up meetings with prospects or clients, and present products effectively to prospective clients, ensuring the successful closure of sales deals.
- Solution Development and Demonstration, Develop solutions and deliver compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations, ensuring that solutions align with client requirements and best practices stated in the statement of work.
- System Implementation and Configuration, Deploy and configure physical and logical security systems such as CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems (ACS), and network infrastructure design, implementation, and configuration, ensuring compliance to industry standards and specific project requirements.
- Provide professional after-sales support, diagnose and resolve network or system issues, perform regular maintenance tasks, respond to customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction to uphold the company's reputation and maximize customer loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.
- Excellent communication and teamwork ss

- Certifications such as CCNA are a strong plus.
