Job Overview:
- Work Onsite SetUp (Eastwood Quezon City)
- Fixed Morning Schedule (7:00am4:00pm)
- Fixed Weekends Off
As a Loan Processor you will be an integral part of our credit analysis team responsible for supporting the assessment of loan applications and credit risk evaluation processes. You will undertake various tasks related to pricing valuations documentation verification general administration and report generation. Additionally you will play a key role in data entry and management within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. As you gain experience there will be opportunities to delve deeper into income calculations living expenses assessment lender scenarios and service calculations.
Job Description:
Evaluate pricing valuations to assess the risk and profitability of loan applications.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with pricing guidelines.
Handle pricing requests from internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate pricing activities and ensure timely responses.
Request supporting documents from loan applicants.
Verify the authenticity and completeness of supporting documents against a checklist.
Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the credit analysis process.
Generate property reports and credit reports based on analysis findings.
Provide comprehensive insights to aid decisionmaking.
Ensure data integrity and completeness for effective tracking and reporting.
Review income calculations living expenses lender scenarios and service calculations.
Contribute insights and recommendations to enhance the credit assessment process.

Requirements
Ability to communicate effectively and articulately in English both in writing and verbally.
Strong focus on accuracy and precision in tasks and work outputs
