الوصف الوظيفي

Identify clients requirements and offering the best suited project to clients.
Generate new sales by approaching potential clients.
Accomplish Monthly Targets
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluating customer needs.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Identify sales leads pitch services to new clients and maintaining a good working relationship with new contacts.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities stay informed about industry trends and monitor competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients providing expert guidance and customer support throughout the sales cycle.
Oversee the sales process especially from conversion to closing deals ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at each stage.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligning them with company goals and market trends to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Analyse sales metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and proactively implement strategies to enhance sales performance.
Lead sales negotiations and complex deals leveraging your experience to secure successful outcomes.
Collaborate with senior management on sales strategy business development initiatives and company expansion plans.
Experience with managing Sales team. If not having willingness and ability to learn to manage the sales team




Requirements

Bachelors degree or above.

48 years of successful experience in sales with at least 3 years sales exp in the IT Services (International IT Sales preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to work as an individual contributor and a manager if required.
Ability to inspire and motivate the sales team.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Customerfocused approach with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Strategic mindset and ability to think critically and analytically.
Proactive resultsdriven and goaloriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and sales activities is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel if required

Additional Skills

Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and social media.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts optimize lead generation and improve customer engagement.
