This includes recruitment training coaching compensation & benefits health & safety and performance management for PAUSEAWAY employees to ensure a positive and engaged employee culture and policy compliance.
responsibilities:
- hires qualified candidates conducts interviews and recruits qualified team members
- assists managers with staff requirements.
- creates and maintains positive productive work environment through conducting human resources and professional development activities
- assists in building compensations systems
- arranges training sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees.
- identifies and addresses employee requirements regarding performance issues training and career growth.
- performs various administrative tasks and accurately processes paperwork.
- maintains employee records schedules and time sheets
- educates team members on P&C policies practices and procedures
Requirements
- relevant experience in a similar position for at least 34 years
- previous experience working in the luxury hospitality industry brand is preferred
- excellent verbal writing listening and presentation skills
- selfmotivated and creative problemsolver
- ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting
