TopTalent Recruitment agency is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Germanspeaking Content Moderator to join their teams in Porto.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a content regulation service for a social media platform
• Ensure that the platforms content and user accounts are accurately reviewed and actioned to ensure the safety of all users
• Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review
• Act according to social media policies.
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least near native German and B2 English both oral and written
• Natural fast learner so you can develop your skills within a short period of time
• Resilience to stress
• Ability to distinguish selfbeliefs from moderated content and policies
• Empathic
• Motivated and with a positive attitude
• Attention to detail.
