What Youll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls in both German and English.
- Assist customers with product inquiries potentially leading to closing sales.
- Resolve customer concerns related to deliveries including tracking troubleshooting issues and stock availability.
- Offer technical support for account management and software functionality.
- Deliver accurate and timely responses to all customer inquiries.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken.
Who You Are:
- German Native Speaker (C2 Level): Fluency and exceptional command of the German language are essential.
- English Proficiency (B2 Level): Strong communication skills in English are required.
- Customer Service Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is a plus.
- Enthusiastic & Professional: You have a positive and helpful attitude and enjoy building rapport with customers.
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: You can clearly explain complex information and build trust with customers.
- ProblemSolving Skills: You can think critically and find solutions to customer challenges.
- Computer Literate: Proficient in using computers and various software programs.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday 7:30AM 7:00PM (Rotational Shifts) with 2 days off per week (Sunday and 1 rotating day).
Location: Hybrid 2 days in the office (Braga Portugal) and remote work for the remaining days.
