What Is This Job About
Identity and Access Management (IAM) ensures the central administration of users and access rights for different systems and applications in the company network and in the cloud. IAM enables companies to manage user accounts & access authorizations for their applications allowing to be compliant with regulations. We help our clients in integrating IAM solutions into their IT infrastructure.
We are looking for engaged Marketing and Growth Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness lead generation and business growth. As an Growth and Marketing Manager you will play a crucial role in positioning our services and expertise in the rapidly evolving IAM landscape connecting with potential clients and expanding our client base.
What You Will Get To Do:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy including content creation digital marketing event planning and strategic partnerships
- Manage and optimize the companys online presence including the website social media channels and digital advertising campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the IAM industry
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support the client acquisition process
- Create compelling and informative content to showcase our expertise and thought leadership
- Organize and participate in industry events webinars and conferences to enhance our brand visibility
- Measure and analyze marketing performance metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of our campaigns
- Provide regular reports and recommendations on marketing initiatives and their impact on business growth
Profil
What You Should Have
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies
- Good understanding of the IAM industry trends and competitive landscape
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging and compelling content
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools CRM systems and data analytics platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams including sales consulting and operations
- Creative and analytical mindset to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills to navigate challenges and deliver results
- Good project management and organizational skills
