Project Coordinator (Digital Transformation)
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our clients team within the insurance industry. This role is integral to the success of the Global DCL Program providing vital support in project financials tracking outcomes and ensuring smooth coordination among global teams.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $63.20 to $75.27 based on experience.
3month contract with a maximum extension term of 12 months.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Work schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Hybrid work: 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:
Support the Global DCL Program Manager in collating ongoing project financials tracking outcomes and identifying issues risks and blockers requiring intervention.
Engage with stakeholders from various segments and global teams to collect and consolidate financials and status reports for publication to the global leadership team.
Coordinate planning tracking and followups on additional information required from project managers on global projects.
Track portfolio changes lead analysis and impact assessment of changes to the program and report on key program metrics.
Prepare project status reports for assigned deliverables and maintain program reporting including monthly program review materials.
Work collaboratively with Segment and Global teams to share information foster continued learning and facilitate continuous improvement.
Support the Global PM in creating collateral as the Global DCL PMO team collaborates with the Global Agile Office to evolve the program towards an increasingly agile operating model.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor s Degree: Preferred in Computer Science Information Technology Business or another relevant field.
Certifications: Relevant certifications like PMP are a significant advantage.
Project/Program Management: 2 years experience in project program or PMO roles ideally within the financial services wealth management or insurance sectors.
Agile Experience: Solid experience in Agile methodologies with a strong focus on achieving outcomes.
Digital Transformation: Experience in managing largescale digital transformation projects particularly with global teams is highly valued.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication abilities with a proven track record of engaging stakeholders in a large multinational enterprise context.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized capable of multitasking and maintaining a sharp attention to detail.
DetailOriented: With an eye for precision and the ability to synthesize data effectively.
