Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

Additional Availability: Occasional Saturdays required to oversee field operations and support sales representatives. Friday PM is light

Job description:

We are seeking an energetic Operations Manager who thrives in a fastpaced nontraditional work environment. This role requires a unique blend of mental agility proactive problemsolving and a deep understanding of the roofing business. You will be responsible for scheduling dispatching and overall management of daytoday operations ensuring that our projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize daily operations including scheduling roofers and dispatching teams to various job sites.
• Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness by overseeing CRM management and leveraging data for decisionmaking.
• Collaborate closely with all team members to foster a positive energetic work environment that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites being worked on.
• Respond quickly to changes in the business environment or project requirements demonstrating flexibility and a capacity to tackle challenges headon.
• Provide leadership and support to a small tightlyknit team guiding the company through rapid growth phases.
• Maintain high levels of discipline and organization to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager ideally within the roofing or a related industry.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for proactive problemsolving.
• Techsavvy with experience managing CRMs and comfortable with numerical data.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a fastpaced environment not limited to the traditional 95.
• Highly collaborative spirit and the discipline to handle multiple tasks in a fastgrowing company setting.
• Quantitatively inclined with a strong aptitude for analyzing data and generating actionable insights from numbers.
