Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pre Sales professional to join our dynamic team at ITS Information Technology Solutions. As a Pre Sales (indoor) representative you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our cybersecurity company by supporting our sales team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions to meet those needs.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients highlighting the features and benefits of our cybersecurity solutions.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver customized proposals and quotes for clients.

Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics to increase revenue and market share.

Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments in cybersecurity to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing ongoing support and assistance as needed.

Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our companys products and services.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

2 years of experience in a Pre Sales role preferably in the cybersecurity industry.

Good technical knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity solutions and technologies is a plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Customerfocused with a passion for providing exceptional service.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Willingness to travel as needed.
