Warehouse Administration Clerk

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitor and update daily clockings for all staff
2. Submit timesheets and reports for weekly and monthly staff
3. Ordering of stationery and toiletries
4. Conduct Cleaning inspections
5. Reconcile advice notes
6. Transfer of Credits/Files
7. Responsible for packing slips for credit notes
8. Responsible for daily delivery schedule for truck drivers
9. Outsourced transportation batching (preparing all transporation documents for batch)
10. Filing
11. Managing of breakages process
12. Back up Checker and Despatch Clerk
13. Back up to Receiving Clerk
14. Procurement of consumables
15. Manages the refuelling process
16. Maintain clean safe and orderly office environment at all times

REQUIREMENTS

1. Grade 12
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
3. Experience working on MS Office (Excel Outlook)
4. Expererience working in a warehouse environment
5. Attention to detail
6. Strong admin skills
7. Able to work alternate weekends

RUMUNERATION

R10500 (Negotiable)
