Interior Design Lead

The Interior Design Supervisor supports the Senior Interior Design Manager/ Interior Design Manager in supervising and monitoring
tasks on assigned projects and related tasks from Preworks up to project completion. Duties involve spearheading of assigned
projects and making immediate resolutions and reviews on design issues.
He/ She is responsible for making sure the teams milestones are met in accordance to the committed timelines and high quality.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Design Management
Managing the design process from PreWork Pre Design up to Project Completion and break it down to
manageable chunks.
Coordinate involved stake holders client designers and employees to ensure that your use of design
delivers the outcomes require at the cost that is budgeted.
1.1 Design
Generate Concept Design for various business units of the conglomerate
Generate Technical Drawings for Bid Documentations and For Construction Drawings
Preparation of FFE and Material Specifications
Preparation of Mood Boards and Material Boards
2. Monitor project deliverables to ensure quality and in compliance with company project vision and standard.
Review analyse and approve/disapprove completed documents to ensure incompliance with company
standards specifications and applicable codes.
Identify immediately possible issues detected during the course of the project while implementing
project decision or action guided to avoid accumulating unresolved problems towards the end.
Manage Interior Design and special requirements to integrate design for the completeness of the
project.

3. Integrate and coordinate design phases and other conforming activities to produce all deliverables on time.
Setup project work and activity breakdown to come up ideal/practical timeline.
Work within approved time frame to meet the project completion.
Monitor work progress against timeline to check and identify possible issues.
Backtracking problem phase and create consolidated solution/s to bring back activities on time.
4. Project financial management
Analyze and understand the budget setup for the project to work only within the budget.
