THE ROLE

Were currently in search of a Technical Product Manager who can drive our product development efforts with a strong technical understanding and strategic vision. In this role youll be responsible for leading crossfunctional teams defining product roadmaps and ensuring that our products meet the needs of both our customers and the market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering internal stakeholders and management to define the product vision strategy and roadmap for our internal products.
• Analyze and collect feedback from internal stakeholders.
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on internal user s feedbackpains data analysis and business objectives aligned with company strategy.
• Work closely with the R&D teams to define user stories scope and technical specifications.
• Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch ensuring timely delivery and successful execution.
• Solve productrelated challenges with thinking about tradeoffs which will be aligned with business needs and company focus.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in mobile applications and monetization.

We are a distributed team of more than 80 people all working remotely and communicating partially synchronously (we usually overlap with our teams for 3/4 hours daily and are free to work on some of the tasks whenever it suits us best). We value open communication proactivity and work/life balance and we measure our freelancers on performance rather than on the time spent on the job.

Requirements :

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• At least 2 years of handson development experience.
• At least 2 years of technical product management.
• Experience working with data analysts data engineers.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed product decisions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a cando attitude with the ability to work effectively across teams and communicate complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Highly selfmotivated person fast learner and independent.
• Experience with Agile development and Kanban methodologies is a plus.
• Mobile ecosystem knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
