The role

Were looking for a Front End Team Leaderto join the team and work ona technology platform for operating the hedge fund launched 1 year ago. The platform researches and runs systematic trading strategies for several quantitative analysts with 15 years of Wall Street experience. Your main tasks will be:

• Develop cloudnative software for AWS using the AWS WellArchitected Framework.
• Design software functionality based on user requirements.
• Implement coding using CI/CD and TDD methodologies.
• Manage and lead the team effectively.
• Maintain regular communication with both clients and team members.
• Fulfill various tasks such as attending team meetings feature estimation and system security analysis.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in frontend web application development with proficiency in any JavaScript framework and at least 1 year of experience in React.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in team leadership.
• Upperintermediate / Advanced English level.
• Have handson experience with relational and nonrelational databases.
• Familiarity with AWS and the AWS WellArchitected Framework capable of designing cloudnative software accordingly.
• Experience using Terraform for managing cloud resources.
• Proficient in working with design systems and component libraries for building user interfaces.
• Previous involvement with commercial projects utilizing TypeScript.
• Experience in Fintech is a plus.
