Job Description
Join an extraordinary team focused on helping hospitals and healthcare professionals streamline how they obtain and manage their required CME/CEUs/CEs. Your role will be to reach out to potential customers via phone email and other outreach methods to inquire about their problems and educate them on the value of our solution.
Objectives of this Role
- Generate leads by leveraging phone calls emails and other outreach methods to schedule qualified meetings.
- Follow up with interested leads and schedule calls with our sales team.
- Build longterm trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain good CRM hygiene.
- Manage a pipeline of warm leads and keep them engaged through regular follow up.
- Identify best practices and enhance your prospecting strategy as you develop in the role.
- Work closely with marketing on messaging and campaign outreach.
- Identify the prospects needs.
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities.
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales reps.
- Report to manager with weekly monthly and quarterly results.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with CRM
- Prior experience as an SDR with a track record of achieving quotes
