Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Showroom Sales ociate at Decoration One. As a Showroom Sales ociate, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and ist customers in finding the right products that align with their preferences and needs. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the showroom, restocking merchandise, processing sales transactions, and providing product recommendations and information to customers. You will also be expected to stay updated on the latest product offerings and promotions.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication ss
• Excellent customer service ss
• Ability to understand customer preferences and guide them accordingly
• Knowledge of and appreciation for Arab heritage and culture
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized showroom
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages
• High school diploma or equivalent
