Role Description
A full-time on-site role for an Office Engineer at APEX office. The Office Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to mini and medium projects activities, including coordinating with the project team, handling project doentation, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The Office Engineer will also ist in project planning and budgeting, as well as administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and ist project planning, and proposals preparation.
- Lead bid preparation processes and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
- Cooperate with technical and non-technical officers to prepare resource planning.
- Prepare project kick-off packages and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare, share, and archive project doentation in a timely manner.
- Overview compliance, and coordinate between technical officers and administrative team.
- Participate in operational development tasks, such as vendor agreements, SOP building, and templatization.
- Provide operational support to project managers, such as planning bulk procurement.
- ist teams in tracking performance, and adherence to schedule and budget.
- Practice efficient and effective communication and reporting, with and to internal and external stakeholders.
