Were on the hunt for an energetic and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our awesome team at a skilled nursing facility in Hatboro PA. This is a contract position so you get the flexibility and freedom of temporary work but with the chance to build lasting relationships with our residents.
What Youll Be Doing (the important stuff):
- Working handinhand with our amazing Physical Therapists to help residents regain strength mobility and independence.
- Leading exercise sessions that are both therapeutic and enjoyable (think: laughter is the best medicine!).
- Getting to know our residents on a personal level building those connections that make their days brighter.
- Using your PTA magic to track progress and celebrate those small victories (because they add up!).
- Contributing your positive energy to our teams fun and collaborative vibe.

Requirements
Current PA Physical Therapist Assistant license (required): Youll need this to work legally in the state.
Experience in a skilled nursing facility (preferred): We love candidates who understand the unique needs of our residents.
Compassion and patience: These are essential qualities for working with our residents.
Passion for working with older adults: Theyre the heart of our facility.
Sense of humor: We believe laughter is the best medicine!
Team spirit: Were all in this together!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Youll be interacting with residents families and staff.
Ability to follow treatment plans and document progress: Accuracy and attention to detail are important.
CPR/BLS certification (preferred): Safety first!
