Job Title: Project Engineer Junior

Job Summary:
As a Junior Project Engineer you will be an integral member of the Infrastructure Project Management team. This position involves assisting in the monitoring and management of project designs and budgets and providing leadership to construction engineers. Your role will focus on enhancing project efficiency and performance through effective design and financial management.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and managing the project design and budget.
- Supervise and provide leadership to the team of Construction Engineers.
- Provide daily leadership and direction to the project design team ensuring optimal allocation of workloads and efficient use of resources.
- Develop and deliver technical and financial reports on area performance contractor performance and overall project progress.
- Assist in developing and implementing key performance indicators targets and control procedures to achieve project objectives and support departmental/organizational goals.
- Manage monitor and evaluate the design process including managing relationships with outsourced consultants and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Contribute to the planning and execution phases of the project ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management particularly in infrastructure or related projects.
