QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Automation Engineer with expertise in Selenium and TypeScript to join our team in Hyderabad on a fulltime basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in QA automation and a strong background in developing and executing automated tests.

• Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and TypeScript.
• Create comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our web applications.
• Execute automated tests analyze results and report defects to the development team.
• Collaborate with developers product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing.
• Continuously improve and optimize test automation frameworks and processes.
• Maintain and update test documentation including test plans test cases and test scripts.
• Identify track and resolve software defects and issues.
• Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA automation.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in QA automation with a focus on Selenium and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Experience in developing and executing automated test scripts.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with version control systems preferably Git.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Experience with other test automation tools and frameworks such as JUnit TestNG or Cypress.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience with performance and load testing tools.
• Understanding of web technologies such as HTML CSS and RESTful APIs.
