The Business Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing implementing and overseeing strategic initiatives to drive growth and efficiency within the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and experience in the oil and gas sector particularly in drilling fluids. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to identify opportunities optimize operations and ensure the companys competitive position in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities.
- Evaluate industry trends competitive landscape and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Develop business cases and feasibility studies for new projects and investments.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance market penetration and customer acquisition.
Operational Efficiency:
- Analyze current operations and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency reduce costs and increase profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for operational improvements.

- Lead crossfunctional teams to execute strategic projects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferably Process or Chemical) orBusiness Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 710 years of experience in strategic planning business development or related roles within the oil and gas industry specifically in drilling fluids.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
