Software Engineer

About the role Qatar Airways is looking for an experienced Software/Technical Support Engineer, you will be part of the application support team, providing Level 1 and Level 2 support to business-critical applications and related hardware peripheral devices. Roles and Responsibilities • Setting Up Point of sale systems, digital signage and other hardware peripherals • Enterprise level network/ wireless setups, Segregation of data VLANs, basics of switching, routing and IP sub-netting. • Trouble application problems and work with relevant stakeholders for elishing a solution or workaround Qualifications About You • Minimum of two years as IT professional in customer facing IT support roles • Good knowledge in troubleing windows 10 Operating System • Should be hands-on installation with ability trouble hardware and network/ wireless related issues • Good team player with excellent verbal and communication ss with ability to work with cross-functional teams • Is professional, discreet and can handle confidential information and follow process guidelines • Displays curiosity and is a self-motivator to understand and learn new technology trends • Certifications in relevant technical domains will be an advantage.
