FIFO Scaffolders for Sino Iron Project in Cape Preston

Location: Perth Western Australia with rotation to Cape Preston

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for experienced Scaffolders to join our team for the Sino Iron Project in Cape Preston. Our client Sino Iron operates the largest magnetite mining and processing operation in Australia located 100km southwest of Karratha in Western Australias resourcerich Pilbara region. Sino Iron utilises advanced beneficiation processes to produce highgrade premium magnetite concentrate for export from purposebuilt facilities at Cape Preston.

Role Description:
As a FIFO Scaffolder you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of operations at the Sino Iron Project in Cape Preston. You will be responsible for the erection inspection maintenance and dismantling of scaffolding structures across the project site.

Key Responsibilities:

Erect inspect and maintain scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety standards
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and procedures at all times
Collaborate with team members to coordinate scaffold requirements for various tasks and projects
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to identify and rectify potential hazards
Maintain accurate records of scaffold activities and inspections

Requirements:

Relevant scaffolding certification or qualification
Proven experience as a Scaffolder preferably in a FIFO environment
Strong understanding of scaffolding techniques materials and safety protocols
Ability to work safely and efficiently in a dynamic and challenging environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to fly from Perth to Cape Preston on a rotational basis
