Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to hire a Head of People Experience based at the client in Pinelands.
  • Execute the people strategy through a savvy HC infrastructure and human capital team.
  • Keep abreast of own and teams professional & personal learning & development.
  • Adequate HC team capacity management and cultivate the HC team capability to ensure optimal business partnering across business units.
  • Implement company policies and practices.
  • Best practices and policies that are relevant for the business and align with the employee value proposition and ensure these remain current and effective through ongoing refinement.
  • Effective and comprehensive costing budgeting and expense management taking all overlapping site activities into consideration while reducing wastage and contributing to overall profitability.
  • Implement and monitor fitforpurpose and costeffective HRIS systems and ensure sound information is extracted trended and reported to address business challenges and drive culture & people transformation.
  • Organisational structuring & overseeing the defining of roles and responsibilities.
  • Job evaluations grading & ongoing market benchmarking related to pay and benefits to ensure remains competitive within the market.
  • The attraction and placement of suitable talent aligned to culture and job fit.
  • The performance management philosophy and methodology are well designed defined and executed to drive a seamless performance management planning and review process with smart transformational KPIs driving high performance across the business.

  • Strong industrial relations infrastructure and represent the company externally related to employmentrelated litigation.
  • Impact and sentiment across leader/ employee engagement channels to ensure the culture remains intact among all internal stakeholders.
  • Corporate Brand team to develop a sound internal communications plan that keeps employees involved engaged and up to date.
  • Customized peoplecentric solutions that instill an optimal peoplecentric culture aligned to the companys way and retain talent.
  • All HC projects are scoped timeously and launched with innovation drive and commitment while monitoring the achievement of the desired outcomes.
  • Continuously present key opportunities and synergies that will improve and/ or expand the business within own and/ or other departments.
  • Management team to mitigate risks proactively and find solutions where possible.


Requirements

  • Human Capital (HC) Management with a postgraduate business and/ or leadership diploma.
  • Recognition is given to prior Learning and practical experience.
  • Years relevant experience in Human Capital Management of which 4 years experience at team and business management level.
  • Industry experience especially within pharmaceuticals is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of sound HR practices strategy and technology.
  • Policy and process development.
  • Business and Human Capital projects.
  • Leadership methodology and leading organizational change.
  • Metrics development and management/boardlevel reporting.
  • Tested knowledge of South Africa s Labour Legislation pragmatic application of Industrial Relations and representing the company at Union engagements CCMA Labour Court and the Department of Labour consultative engaging empowering and supportive team member and team leader.
  • Point and eloquent communication both verbally and in writing.
  • Upholds diversity and fosters inclusion and belonging.
  • Uses sound discretion and is ethical impartial and able to seek and respect confidentiality.
  • Agile and achievementorientated person.
  • Thinker who critically evaluates situations opportunities solutions and decisions.

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to customer leads through cold calling Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Analyze the territory/market s potential, track sales and status reports Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Continuously improve through feedback
