Post Production Supervisor

Key Qualifications:

Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience in video editing or post-production.

- Proven track record of managing video editing projects from conception to completion.

- Demonstrated experience leading a team of editors, animators, and other production staff.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer).

- Familiarity with motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects).

- Knowledge of color grading, sound editing, and other post-production processes.

- Understanding of video formats, codecs, and file management.

Project Management Skills:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).

Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
