Responsibilities
- Provide legal support and advice to the organization and its senior management; a.) Advising management and board on various matters such as legal rights, regulatory compliance, and new and existing laws.
- Review all new contracts and amendments on existing contracts.
- Review and ensure legal compliance with existing regulations, guidelines, and standards; provide strategic legal advice concerning new legislative developments
- Monitor new laws and regulations throughout the region where Softina operates, and recommend/implement remedial action.
Qualifications
- Law degree and active bar license (required).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate law with a strong consulting background.
- Proven ability to provide clear, concise, and actionable legal advice.
- Excellent ytical and problem-solving ss.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration ss.
