Program Management Principal Specialist

SolareEdge Korea Technologies ltd. is seeking a program management specialist who has proven experience in battery system development or equivalent power / energy systems with track record of product development and life cycle management skills. .

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills along with understanding of battery (or equivalent power systems) development process. This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills as you ll often be asked to work closely with team leaders across different departments.

What will you be doing

1. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales R&D of SolarEdge. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to
2. Lead a cross function core team and work closely with Product Engineering Purchasing Manufacturing and Q&R
3. Ensure all projects are delivered ontime within scope and within budget.
4. Build and manage the product development plan from inception to SOP
5. Manage the program schedule and tasks by utilizing project management tools including reports tracking charts checklists and project scheduling
6. Consistently interface and coordinate within the division to make sure everyone is aligned on the project objectives and key milestones
7. Manage and lead program team meetings including setting the agenda action items meeting minutes etc
8. Provide status updates and prepare for release and deployment of key mile stones
9. Drive best practices of engineering and operational tasks and provide process expertise to the core team members on various efforts / activities
10. Identify and resolve potential complications within the programs (and projects) and develop solutions and mitigations
11. Be able to delegate tasks to cross functional division team members when necessary.

Requirements :

• BS/MS with 10years of relevant experience in battery or relevant similar technology area
• 5 years relevant program / project management experience required
• Experience in dealing with medium to large scale HW and SW systems
• Self driver with high sense of ownership and urgency
