Storekeeper

Purpose of the Job:Managing material in the warehouse at all stages, from the time of moving items into the warehouse,preserving and storing them until the time of moving items out of the warehouse and ensuringrequirements of quality and quantity of materials well.1. Keeping a clean, neat and safe working environment. 2. Maintaining a good store layout.3. Ensure a record of items moving in and out of the store.4. Participating In Stock related duties like Packaging, Labelling and Pricing goods.5. Stock the materials in proper manner in the appropriate location code number wise and category wise.6. Carry out periodical physical verification and es the stock position.7. Strictly complying with regulations on fire prevention.8. Perform other related duties as directed by authorized QatarEnergy personnel.9. Reports to the appropriate QatarEnergy personnel. Education:1. Technical Higher Secondary School Certificate or Diploma in Automobile Engineering.2. Excellent verbal and written communication ss.3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and specifically MS Access (Data Base Management).4. Must have a valid Qatari Driving License.Experience:1. Minimum 3 years diversified experience in Warehouse/Automobile Spare Parts Store.2. Experience of using personal computers, specifically MS Access (Data Base Management),Excel and Word (Latest Versions
