We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant Intern. This internship will provide you with valuable handson experience and the opportunity to develop essential administrative skills in a professional environment.
Assisting with general office duties such as answering phone calls managing emails and handling correspondence.
Maintaining and organizing physical and digital files.
Assisting in preparing reports presentations and other documents.
Providing support during meetings by taking minutes and distributing agendas.
Collaborating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team.
