Client Industry: Electric & Gas
Preferred:
Project Management Professional (PMP) Six Sigma or Agile certification
Experience working in Software Development and Test Organizations
Master s degree (in aforementioned fields)
Experience in Energy & Utilities or services industry
Experience with SAP implementations or optimizations
Experience with PPM tools (e.g. UMT360 Planview ServiceNow Project Server Online etc.) Experience in a consultative role with an implementation service organization or startup
Required:
Strong experience project managing field services management and mobile workforce management solutions for utilities
Bachelor s degree (preferably in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field)
7 years of professional experience formally leading projects within a crossfunctional environment
Strong experience working within the Software Development Life cycle (SDLC) Waterfall and Iterative models
Ability to tactfully drive indirect reports and pivot while maintaining order in a fastpaced business environment
Experience providing a service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
Demonstrated capability for problem solving decision making sound judgment assertiveness
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong presentation skills and the ability to conduct presentations to large groups
Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office tool set (Word Excel Vision and PowerPoint)
Valid driver s license
Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow certifications. - Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices. - Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful ServiceNow solutions.
