Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of the companys commercial strategy to increase sales and profitability.
Managing the sales department setting goals and controlling their fulfillment.
Analyzing the market of auto accessories monitoring competitors and market trends.
Formation and management of the assortment policy of the company.
Development and implementation of effective pricing strategies.
Searching for and establishing partnerships with new customers and suppliers development of existing relationships.
Control over the implementation of the sales plan analysis and optimization of business processes.
Preparation of reports for management on key performance indicators (KPI).
Developing and controlling the implementation of marketing campaigns and activities aimed at product promotion.
Training and development of the sales team conducting training and coaching sessions.
Requirements:
Higher education in marketing business or related disciplines.
Experience in senior positions in sales and marketing of auto accessories from 5 years.
Deep understanding of the auto accessories market its trends and peculiarities.
Successful experience in developing and implementing commercial strategies.
Excellent team management and employee development skills.
High communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work with large amounts of information analytical thinking.
Readiness for business trips and intensive work.
English language skills at a level not lower than UpperIntermediate will be an advantage.
