Position Sales Maanager

Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development & Execution: Formulating sales strategies aligned with the companys objectives and market demands. This involves understanding the technological systems offered the competitivem landscape and regional customer needs.
  • Leading as One Team: Leading a team of sales professionals and system sales experts providing guidance motivation and training to ensure effective sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Market Analytics: Conducting thorough market analysis to identify potential customers market trends and emerging opportunities. Utilizing this information to refine sales approaches and target key accounts.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with regional customers understanding their requirements addressing concerns and providing customized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales Forecasting and Planning: Developing sales forecasts and plans to achieve revenue targets. This involves analyzing sales data tracking progress and adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Product Knowledge and Positioning: Ensuring a deep understanding of the technological systems offered by the company their features benefits and applications. Effectively positioning these products to highlight their value proposition and competitive advantages.
  • Collaboration with CrossFunctional Teams: Collaborating with other departments such as marketing engineering project management and customer support to ensure alignment in messaging product positioning and customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to sales activities. Managing risks associated with sales contracts negotiations and customer relationships.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitoring sales performance against targets analyzing key metrics and preparing regular reports for management review. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Continuous Learning and Development: Staying updated on industry trends technological advancements and competitive developments. Investing in ongoing learning and development initiatives for yourself and your sales team to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
