Job Title: Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements processes and objectives.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Work with IT teams and vendors to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
• Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements functional specifications process flows and user stories.
• Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure the solution meets business needs.
• Provide ongoing support for project management activities including status reporting risk management and issue resolution.
• Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and priorities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for endusers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques. Experience with requirements management software data analysis tools and project management software.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work deliverables.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMIPBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
