Role Summary:

As a Customer Support Executive in the stock broking industry you will provide exceptional customer service to clients needing help with their investment accounts trading platforms and related inquiries. Your role will be to address customer concerns provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance:
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email.
  • Assist with accountrelated queries trading platform navigation order placements and market information.
  • Offer guidance on trading platforms.
Problem Resolution:
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal departments.
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary and ensure timely followup until resolution.
Education and Support:
  • Educate clients on financial products.
  • Help clients set up and customize trading accounts and platforms.
Compliance and Regulation:
  • Follow industry regulations company policies and procedures in all client interactions.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of customer information.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancement and customer experience improvement.
  • Share feedback and insights gained from customer interactions with the team.
Market Insights:
  • Stay updated on market news economic trends and financial developments to provide timely information to clients.
  • Conduct client activations and product demos.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or a related field.
  • Experience in customer support preferably in financial services or stock broking.
  • Knowledge of stock markets trading terminology investment products and trading platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high ethical standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. NISMSeriesVIII: Equity Derivatives Certification) may be a plus.
