YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• 12+ years of professional related experience in an international environment.
• Knowledge of Europe’s media landscape and passion for public service media and all it stands for.
• Experience of leading and inspiring content teams to deliver high quality output.
• Experience of creating successful communications campaigns and compelling messages for different target audiences.
• Experience in defining, planning and implementing social media content strategies.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage productions/editorial schedules to ensure deadlines are met and within budget.
• Must be English native, with excellent writing skills. Knowledge of French a plus.
• Excellent social media skills and knowledge of social analytics tools.
• Familiarity with marketing techniques and good understanding of major marketing channels, as well as SEO and CRO.
• Experience with media relations with an existing good network of contacts.
• Positive inclusive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability.
• Team management experience, and team player.
• Embraces and applies the EBU staff values.
