Work Type: 12 months Contract

Job Purpose
Responsible for supporting the design and implementation of leadership development programs for employees across the organization and supporting in developing successors for critical positions to ensure organizational continuity. Reporting to the Manager the role collaborates with various
departments to identify leadership development needs assist in creating comprehensive training programs and support the succession planning process for key roles.

Job Responsibilities
  • Implement leadership development plans and ensure alignment with the Company s strategic goals mission and vision.
  • Collaborate with the stakeholders in identifying leadership competency gaps and recommend suitable programs to bridge the gaps.
  • Facilitate training provider evaluation selection and maintain updated records for reference.
  • Review training evaluation to measure training effectiveness and provide insights for improvement/enhancement
  • Update overall training records ensure accurate and reliable records for reference and reporting.
  • Assist to prepare training reports as and when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relevant information such as Succession Planning Talent Pool Leadership Programmes database
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality for reference and reporting.
  • Handle the overall implementation of succession planning including tracking reporting and facilitating intervention plans to address the leadership development needs.
  • Collaborate with the stakeholders to align succession planning and leadership development initiatives with the organizations strategic goals ensuring the development of leaders needed to achieve objectives.
  • Maintain records and reports on succession planning plans/activities provide regular updates to senior management on the status of initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify critical leadership positions and develop succession plans for those roles.
  • Assist in the analysis proposal and review of critical positions and its criteria to address the succession planning of the incumbents in the critical positions with the objective to supply qualified replacements when needed.
  • Assist in the development of succession planning for identified critical positions to ensure continuous supply of capable and competent leaders for takeover.
  • Stay abreast of best practices in leadership succession planning and implement innovative approaches to ensure the organizations continued success.
  • Have a broad knowledge of technical and operations training requirements.
  • Able to manage and engage stakeholders with regards to leadership training matters essentials in the planning and implementation processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration/ Sociology/ Other professional related qualification.
  • 3 5 years relevant work experience in training & development in a medium / large size organization with specific exposures in human resource development.
  • Sound knowledge of Oil & Gas and Marine technical and good understanding of competency requirements specifically in training and people development.
