Key Responsibilities
- Lead the risk appetite framework and tolerance process including enhancements to the structure of appetite statements and measurement of risk exposures.
- Develop, enhance and deliver risk management reporting for senior management.
- Lead the creation and ongoing maintenance of risk policies, escalation processes, risk-related delegated authorities while working closely with Head Office.
- Manage the risk frameworks, policies and coordinate changes to the risk entity structure, risk taxonomies, risk indicators and enterprise-wide summary risk doentation.
- Play a leading role in maintaining a sustainable culture of risk awareness, which is consistent with their core values.
