Direct Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring that the QA Mentors are exceptionally well in all aspects of job performance identify the improvement opportunities in department executives and constantly sharing the reports with Manager and feedback to respective Departments Team leaders.
Contributing Responsibilities:
- Will take session or presentation on weekly or Monthly basis for department executives.
- Will also keep a check on the area like product system and current affairs knowledge of QA Mentors.
- Monitoring the team and observing the progress.
- Evaluate & study the impact and come up with necessary solution to it.
