Our client are seeking a skilled CPD Practitioner to spearhead the design and development of CPD Quality Management Systems and procedures. As a CPD Practitioner you will play a crucial part in ensuring the excellence of their training CPD programs for CMS (Content Management System). Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the quality assurance processes throughout the development and implementation phases.

Key Responsibilities

Developing a Quality Management System for CMS CPD programmes
Designing and developing a CPD implementation strategy.
Developing a CPD policy for accredited stakeholders like healthcare brokers trustees etc.
Liaising with professional bodies and stakeholders to establish memos of understanding related to CPD programmes.
Supporting policy development review and maintenance processes
Undertaking assigned tasks in line with CMS operational requirements



Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor s Degree or an Advanced Diploma in Social Sciences or relevant equivalent qualification at NQF level 3.
OETDP qualification would be advantageous.
5 years of relevant experience with 2 years interfacing with diverse target audiences
3 Years of experience with professional bodies on Contnuous Proffessional Development matters at a specialist or supervisory level.
Registration as an Assessor and a Moderator.

Training and Knowledge needed:

Knowledge of Skills Development Act the National Framework Act and accompanying regulations
Understanding of SAQA and SETA processes.
Basic knowledge of the medical insurance industry
Development of Quality Management Systems Policy and Processes related to CPD
Understanding of regulatory legislation like PFMA
Computer literacy

Technical Skills and Behavioural Attributes:

Instructional design and development.
Advanced administrative presentation and reportwriting skills.
Project Task and time management skills.
Critical thinking analytical and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Conflict management negotiation and persuasion skills.
Selfstarter with good interpersonal interviewing and communication skills.





Benefits

R 474 482.00 per annum

REQUIREMENTS Higher Certificate in Procurement, Logistics, or SCM (NQF 5) OR Higher Certificate in Supply Chain within Public Sector (advantageous) At least 3 years' experience in a Purchasing role Working knowledge of PFMA, National Treasury Regulations Working knowledge of BBBEE Act and Government procurement principles
